Frequently asked questions
How does referral tracking work?
When someone clicks your link (pixarts.eu/r/code or pixarts.eu?ref=code), we save a cookie on their device for 30 days. If they contact us or request a quote within those 30 days, the lead is automatically attributed to you.
How much do I earn per client?
10% of the net invoice value. Example: if Pixarts invoices €5,000 to a client you brought, you get €500.
When do I get the commission?
The commission unlocks when the client pays the invoice in full. After settlement we contact you for payment, usually within 7 business days.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut. You choose.
What if two referrers send the same client?
First-touch wins. The cookie from the first click stays active for 30 days, after which it resets.
Can I register clients manually?
No, but you can introduce the client directly. Email us (info@pixarts.eu) within 7 days of the first contact and we'll attribute the lead to you by hand.
